Keep in mind that images could be copyrighted and downloading or using commercial stock images are illegal. Although, you can download them for free (only for educational and non-commercial use) with watermark and that too in a low resolution.

There are some commercial stock image sites that require licenses such as Fotolia, iStock, Shutterstock, etc. So be careful while using their images. Sometimes image search engines show those commercial images in high quality because that site owner may have purchased that stock image for their own use.
