Procedure to Be Followed for Aadhaar Card Download:

Then there would be a series of questions that you will need to answer like your name, email address or the registered mobile number. After the questions are answered a security code is displayed and the option of getting OTP comes on the screen.
OTP is a One Time Password that is delivered either to your mobile phone or your email address. At this stage, you need to type the OTP number as received in the box provided for the same. Then the option to verify OTP is displayed as soon as this is done you are provided with your Aadhaar card number or your Enrolment Id as you had selected at the beginning of your process.
After getting the number you will need to visit the site ( http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in ) and select the option that suits you. The two option being Enrolment ID or Aadhaar card under the category of I have. Now finish the received Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID with all the essential details such as full name, Pin Code, security text and mobile number. Again an option to generate OTP will be displayed that you need to select. Again similar to above you will get the OTP on your mobile phone or email address that you will need to type in the specified box. This OTP will be required to be validated and download.
Now that you have your eAadhaar card downloaded, all you need to do is enter the Pin Code as the password and get access to the PDF document that contains your Aadhaar card. You can get the print out done of your e-Aadhaar card.
In case if you do not have the necessary bandwidth needed to sit by and download your eAadhaar card yourself, do not fret you can still avail your eAadhaar card. You will need to start by contacting with the UIDAI official and inform them about your lost Aadhaar card. They will help to get the duplicate copy of the same by following all the above-mentioned steps and will mail you the eAadhaar card on your mentioned email id. They will also send you a downloaded printed version of your eAadhaar card which is not less than the original Aadhaar card on your postal address.
